About Dan
I’ve worked as an illustrator, graphic designer, and creative director for some major clients like Toyota, Adobe, Microsoft, and more, and after writing and self-publishing my own sci-fi novels, I became fascinated by the marketing strategy that goes into designing a great cover. The cover of my first novel was slap-dash and not very good. It was dragging my sales down. That’s when I really began to dig into the psychology of cover design—just as I would have done for those big clients.
